It was a beautiful single room with a nice design and size. The terrace was a highlight! Many people go to restaurants with a rooftop to have a nice view but the Lalesultan hotel already has its own perfect trlerrace for breakfast or just sitting there in the night with a tea to enjoy the Bosporus view *.* The staff was also very helpful und caring!

Very friendly staff, Jane helped us with our excursions and organised everything for us, we didn't have to worry about anything. Good location, close to bus and tram stations, Galata bridge and the Egyptian Bazaar were on foot distance. Even Agia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Top Kapi area can be reached with a pleasant 20-25 min walk among bazaars and lively neighbourhoods. Breakfast was nice, mostly orientated to the Turkish cuisine, given on the top floor with a great view over Golden Horn and the Galata Tower. The room was quite comfortable, suitable for a family with two kids.

It was the best experience we had with Lale Sultan Hotel! The location is great and the view from the terrace (which is open 0-24) is spectacular! The staff is so kind and helpful, we are very grateful for the warm welcome and the good care they took of us! The rooms were very clean and in good conditions! The breakfast was wide range of choices and the quality was excellent, very delicous! Best value for the money. Thank you!!

We had a fantastic stay at Lale Sultan hotel in Istanbul with my family. The rooms were modern and clean, offering a breathtaking view from the terrace that added a special touch to our experience. The most remarkable aspect, however, was the exceptionally welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, making our trip an absolute pleasure. Their warm hospitality and attentive service truly made our stay memorable, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The staff is nice, always with the smile and positive attitude! I loved it there! The lady on the reception has excellent sense of humour and very empathetic. All the team were helping us to find our can’t when he’s got missed. We have a very good experience with this hotel.

Location superb. Breakfast superb. Area a bit run down, but it added to the charm of Istanbul. Hotel staff were helpful to the extreme. Sunsets and day/night view from the breakfast room were stunning. Open 24/7.

I loooooved the staff and the receptionist too, they're so nice especially majdouline !! she gave us gifts at the checkout, the view at the terrace is amazing facing the whole bosphorus, and the breakfast is good, the placement of the hotel is perfect its exactly at the bus and train stations, I recommend this hotel !!!

Excellent location, with lot of small shops nearby and walkable short distance from the main markets. Well connected by the metro. Quiet and safe location. Hotel was new and clean, and staff was friendly. Our bathroom was large and well equipped, shower was excellent. Great view from the roof terrace. After check-out, they let us leave our bags at the reception for several hours. We enjoyed our stay at Lale hotel.

The staff at Lale Sultan was great, always willing to help, very nice and friendly. The hotel itself it's new and very comfortable it has everything you need and more. One of the things I liked the most was the terrace were breakfast is served.
